You may bring your own if you wish. We include shampoo in your pricing and have several options.
Is there a size maximum?
We are happy to accomodate any size! We have accomodated great danes and newfoundlands. We have a hydrolic tub that lowers and we are happy to help.
What do you supply for self service?
We supply: shampoo is included, we do also have specialized products, if needed(oatmeal shampoos, conditioners, medicated, shampoos), towels, brushes, dryers, aprons, ear cleaners, nail trimming tools and we will clean up after you!
Is there a time limit?
Typically you are booking for a 30-minute time-slot, unless otherwise arranged.
Is it a private room?
We have 2 private rooms! Bring your kids and all your fur kids and make it a family event.
I want to bring more than one dog do I need to book 2 slots?
If it will take more than 30-minutes for your dogs, then please book additional time. Otherwise, if you can do everyone in 30-minutes no need to book more time.
PET GROOMING (Drop-Off) FAQS
How long will my dog be there for a full-service groom?
We typically estimate 2-3 hour stays. Drop off is typically in the morning, with an afternoon pick-up.
Where will my dog be kept?
We do not co-mingle. So, they will each have there own kennel or a large kennel for sibling dogs or large breeds (newfoundland, great dane, etc.).
If I have a dog-reactive dog, what is the drop off process?
When you book your appointment let us know and we will arrange a special entrance for your pup and make sure they have their own space.
What is the pricing?
Most prices are estimations unless you have been here before or if we have already met your dog. Prices are based on coat condition and dog temperment.
What is included in a bath or full-service?
In a bath service (full-service): Nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal gland expressions upon request. Bath and blow dry(haircut) as well.
What about Cats?
Unfortunately, we are no longer taking any new feline clients.
Can you groom poodles?
We are happy to do pet grooms for poodles!
How often should my pet be groomed?
It does depend on your breed. Some need to be booked 4-6 weeks. But to ensure we can get you scheduled, please call us so that we can make sure you are scheduled.
